Yes, the SRM comes as standard with all Engagement Hub licences 

Yes you can import stakeholder databases, upload email lists and also bulk upload actions, files or notes.

You can add a note, file or action to an individual stakeholder profile or you can import these in bulk. For example, if you have completed a letter drop to a neighbourhood – you can upload the letter as a file and tag this to the neighbourhood segment so it’s automatically added to every stakeholder profile in that neighbourhood. 

Other online engagement platforms only offer a participant list and no way of logging offline engagement, segmenting or communicating with stakeholders.
