What is the duration of software licence subscriptions?
Most licences are annual however starter licences can be for a minimum of 3 months. Clients subscribing to a multi-year licence receive a significant discount.
Do you offer reduced licence fees for not-for-profits?
Yes, we provide subsidised fees for verified not-for-profit organisations.
What does implementation and onboarding look like?
- 1 x 90-minute meeting to understand the system and consultations.
- 1 x 60-minute session to review Stakeholder Relationship Management System (SRM)
- 1 x 60-minute session to review Reporting
There is a one-off implementation charge.
We are using another digital engagement platform. Do you provide migration services?
Yes, we have upgraded many clients from other platforms. We are experienced in migrating data, engagement projects and creating a seamless transition. Contact us to discuss your specific migration requirements.
How does this compare to other platforms?

Only your administrators have access to your data. This is critical to safeguarding clients and their stakeholders’ data. Our ISO 27001 accredited private server is located in Sydney, Australia and is provided by AWS Managed Service.
