All licences include our Core Support package which includes technical support, our ever-growing Online Resource Centre, a dedicated engagement specialist and ongoing training and client webinars.
Can I add extra support at any time?
Absolutely! We regularly help out clients with project set-ups, importing new databases, additional training or much more! We can provide a quote for specific support of you can purchase 3, 6 and 12-hour bundles of support time.
Do you offer support with moderation?
Yes, we can support your team in moderating feedback. The software has extensive moderation settings built in, including profanity exclusion. You can tailor your settings to allow comments to go live instantly or be moderated by your team or our team first.
Can I get support out of business hours?
Yes. Many of our clients who need round-the-clock support for their software opt to upgrade their access to the Technical Support Team to 24/7. You can also upgrade to be a high-priority client and access responses from the team in under 2 hours.
