Most licences are annual however starter licences can be for a minimum of 3 months. Clients subscribing to a multi-year licence receive a significant discount.

Yes, we provide subsidised fees for verified not-for-profit organisations.

Implementation can be in as little as a few days. Our standard implementation includes all configuration of your site with your branding and custom URL. The onboarding training program includes:
  • 1 x 90-minute meeting to understand the system and consultations.
  • 1 x 60-minute session to review Stakeholder Relationship Management System (SRM)
  • 1 x 60-minute session to review Reporting

There is a one-off implementation charge. 

You can also add on additional services during and post implementation such as importing stakeholders, bespoke team training, newsletter template creation and project set up. We also offer migration services. 

Yes, we have upgraded many clients from other platforms. We are experienced in migrating data, engagement projects and creating a seamless transition. Contact us to discuss your specific migration requirements.

Other online engagement platforms only offer engagement tools and basic reporting and stakeholder lists. We are the only platform to include a comprehensive SRM. We are also the only platform NOT to charge extra fees for features and tools – your licence entitles you to use ALL the software.

We have a team of stakeholder engagement specialists who provide extensive value to our clients in digital engagement design, project set-up, project management, Stakeholder management, reporting and tailored training. Many of our clients integrate with their corporate Azure AD/Entra IDAM. This integration requires an annual licence from a third-party provider and bespoke programming by our developers, therefore there is an additional fee for this add-on.
 
All other features, tools and integrations are provided as part of your software licence. Having no hidden fees is important to us and is a point of difference from our competitors so we are upfront about this one area where there is an additional fee if you require this integration.
